Our Service Dog programs are our way of saying “Thank You” to the men and women who serve our country.
This 6 month program is for Veterans and their dogs to train One on One with SD4SM President / Director of Training. A Veteran can train their own dog or if they do not have one SD4SM will help them find a suitable dog to adopt.
The “Hero Project” works exclusively with rescued or donated and sponsored ALL BREED Dogs to train as Service Dogs for Veterans. The program specializes in PTSD Support & Mobility Assistance. The “Hero Project” is at Zero Cost to the Veteran.
This program is offered to Veterans who are looking for quality, affordable, self funded training for their own dog to train as their Service Dog. Doyle Family Foundation provides partial scholarships to support this program.
While our military troops fight on foreign lands our country's First Responders serve and protect our daily lives at home. A subject not often discussed is on the job PTSD suffered by Police, Firefighters, EMS, etc.
